Welcome back to school and the start of 2023! Here are some useful tips for making the most of School-links this year.
1) Managing system users: do you have any new staff requiring access to the School-links portal or need to remove old users? You can easily add and remove System Users within the School-links Portal. You can easily add and remove System Users within the School-links Portal - Users & Groups. If your Master users are not up-to-date, then please let helpdesk@school-links.co.nz know who needs to be removed and who should be added.
2) Have your school details changed? Account details, such as a change of Principal, a school phone number or address, can easily be updated within the Account Settings section of your School-links Portal.
3) Updating your contacts: the start of the year is the perfect time to import a fresh list of contacts for Email or SMS communications via the School-links Portal. edge and KAMAR schools contact data will sync automatically.
4) Have you activated Schoolzine? Last year we partnered with Schoolzine to offer you the ultimate school communication tool. Log into your School-links portal today and look for the Schoolzine button to sign up!
