Forgotten Passwords
If you’ve forgotten your password, but you know your School-links username, and the email address to which you receive School-links emails, you can use our forgotten password recovery tool to reset your password. You’ll also be prompted to use this tool if you try to log in with an incorrect username or password.

Forgotten Usernames
If you’ve forgotten your username, you will need to contact your school and ask for your username. Contact information for your school is listed on the school’s portal homepage – simply enter your school’s name in the blue search box on www.school-links.org.nz, and you should see your school’s contact details.
Linking Two Accounts
If you have received more than one School-links username and password, you may have had accounts added by more than one school. Or you might have a duplicate record at your school – it happens more often than you might think!
You can link multiple School-links accounts together by adding your additional accounts to your existing account. Follow these steps:

First, log in with the account you wish to keep

In the orange School-links menu, click on My Profiles

From the right hand menu, click Link Other Accounts

Enter the username and password for the other account you wish to link with this account

Click Link Account
Once you’ve linked your additional account(s), School-links removes the usernames associated with them. You can access all your schools with the username you logged in with in step 1.
